You were told you were fine. You knew you weren't.

Trauma-informed counselling and neuro-affirming support for mothers navigating postpartum burnout, birth trauma, and the identity shift of becoming a mother.

For mothers doing this far from home, in person in Eindhoven, and online worldwide.

If this all feels very personal, it is because it is.

This practice was built on specialist clinical training and my own lived experience and healing.

It is what I wanted to find back then, when I was lost and had no words to match my internal landscape and the rollercoaster of emotions I hid in plain sight from others, even those closest to me.

Welcome. I'm Tania, a trauma-informed counsellor, neuro-affirming coach, and AuDHD mother of three.

I work with mothers navigating postpartum burnout, birth trauma, and the profound identity shift of becoming a mother- often all at once, and often without anyone around them who truly gets it.

Many of the women I see are ADHD, Autistic, or AuDHD. Many are highly sensitive. And many have no diagnosis at all, only a lifelong sense that they feel things more deeply and recover more slowly than everyone around them. I did most of my own mothering without knowing. You do not need a label to belong here.

I built this practice because I needed it to exist. I know what it is to move through a traumatic birth without language for it. To burn out before anyone named it. To finally understand, after a late diagnosis, why the standard advice never worked for your brain. And I know what it is to do all of that in a country that is not your own.

If you have been dismissed, overwhelmed, or told you should be over it by now, you are in the right place.

How can I support you:

Motherhood is different when your nervous system works differently. It is different again when you are doing it far from everything familiar. Burnout, birth trauma, and the identity shift of matrescence rarely arrive separately, and standard support rarely reaches far enough. Here is where I can help.

🌿 Postpartum Burnout Support: Practical, neuro-affirming counselling for mothers whose nervous systems are running on empty. Built for how your brain actually works, not how it "should."

🌿Becoming a Mother Far From Home: The identity shift of matrescence is disorienting anywhere. Doing it in a country that isn't yours, without your mother, your language, or anyone who knew you before, is another thing entirely. Support for the version of yourself that motherhood was supposed to bring, and hasn't yet.

🌿Group Support for Mothers: A small online group for mothers finding their way through early motherhood far from home. Camera optional, clearly structured, and built for nervous systems that find the usual formats hard work. Register your interest →

🌿Perinatal Anxiety: Gentle, judgement-free support for anxiety, worry, and overwhelm during pregnancy and postpartum, grounded in neurodivergent experience.

🌿Late Diagnosis: For mothers navigating a recent ADHD or autism diagnosis, and the shifts in identity and self-understanding that come with it.

🌿Birth Trauma Recovery: Space to make sense of what happened during your birth, without having to justify how it affected you, or relive it in painful detail.

🌿Making Sense of Your Birth: A structured, compassionate process for a birth that left you with more questions than answers. The medical account tells you what happened. This is for everything nobody had time to help you with afterwards. There is no expiry date on this one. It is never too late.

🌿Birth Preparation after Trauma: Compassionate planning for an upcoming birth when a previous experience has left you apprehensive or unsure.

🌿Neuro-Affirming Birth Support: Doula support for a birth where sensory needs, communication differences, or a previous traumatic experience mean the standard approach won't be enough. Limited availability in the Eindhoven region.

Not sure if this is right for you? That is exactly what this call is for.

No camera required if you are having a low-sensory day.

My practice is built on specialist clinical training and lived experience.

I hold a Bachelor's in Counselling (Academie voor Coaching en Counselling, Netherlands, 2024), specialist certification as a 3 Steps Rewind Practitioner for birth trauma resolution (2022), and training in Anxiety in the Perinatal Period (TBR College, 2021), Supporting Survivors in the Perinatal Period (Resilient Birth, 2021), and Supporting Neurodiverse Birth (Neurodivergent Birth UK, 2024).

My years as a birth doula inform the depth and humanity of everything I do. I still attend births, selectively, where my specialism genuinely changes what a mother receives — a neurodivergent birth, or a birth after trauma. The rest of my work lives in counselling, trauma recovery, and neuro-affirming postpartum support.

I practise in accordance with my Ethical Commitment & Professional Standards, which cover confidentiality, consent, safeguarding, and ongoing supervision.
