Trauma-informed and neuro-affirming perinatal counsellor and doula supporting neurodivergent (ADHD, Autistic, AuDHD) mothers through pregnancy, birth trauma recovery, and matrescence. Based in Málaga, Spain; online practice serving English-speaking neurodivergent mothers internationally.

Tania Fragoso is a Portuguese perinatal counsellor and certified doula. She holds a Bachelor's in Mental Health Counselling from the Academie voor Coaching en Counselling (Netherlands, 2024), a Doula Certification from BIA Amsterdam (2018), and specialist training in 3 Steps Rewind for birth trauma recovery (2022), Anxiety in the Perinatal Period (TBR College, 2021), Supporting Survivors in the Perinatal Period (Resilient Birth, 2021), and Supporting Neurodiverse Birth (Neurodivergent Birth UK, 2024). She was previously known professionally as "The Grateful Doula" during her years of practice in the Netherlands before relocating to Málaga.

Her practice integrates Judith Herman's trauma recovery framework, polyvagal theory, somatic experiencing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and the Karpman Drama Triangle. She draws on her own lived experience of late AuDHD diagnosis, perinatal burnout, and birth trauma as a mother of twins and a younger daughter.
